End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LMAO AI solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in compliance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

• Use LMAO AI for any unlawful, harmful, or objectionable purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute any part of the app.
• Exploit or misuse the app in any manner not explicitly permitted.

3. User Conduct

• Refrain from harassment, abuse, or any behavior that could harm others.

5. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to LMAO AI if you violate this Agreement or engage in objectionable behavior.

6. Disclaimer

LMAO AI is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to This Agreement

The Company may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Australia.
